The goal of the Knowledge Center is to provide a "one-stop" information resource for the Private Sector of Bhutan. The core product of the Knowledge Center is "Tshong-Rig", the Bhutanese version of the "SME Tool-kit", a web-based platform designed to meet the needs of the Private Sector of Bhutan. Besides containing various local forms and applications, "Tshong-Rig" also contains software intended to enable owners and managers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to improve their management practises and grow their businesses. The services provided by the Knowledge Center are as follows:  

• Platform for “Learning Events”: Seminars, Workshops;
• Skill-based training programs;
• 24-hour high speed internet access (256 kbps);
• Training and assistance in using “Tshong-Rig”;
• Audio-visual self learning software & tools;
• Facilitate networking among SMEs;
• Onsite support personnel to provide hands-on assistance;
• Library services;
• Office-support services: photocopy, spiral binding, printing, scanning, DVD/CD copying, phone, fax etc.
